What could be healthier!
Here are the ingredients I used:
1/3 cup butter softened
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/4 cup rolled oats, ground
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chip
Preheat oven at 170 degree Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine ground rolled oats, whole wheat and all purpose flour and the baking soda.
Mix butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla and salt preferably with a food processor to grind the sugar and salt completely. But of course, you can just skillfully whisk these ingredients. You will then pour this mixture unto the bowl of dry ingredients.
Mix them all completely together with the chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased pans at least one inch apart from each other.
